1. Data controller

The data controller is BoezioAI S.r.l., with offices at Piazza Ungheria 6, 00198 Rome and Viale Monte Nero 84, 20135 Milan, Italy. For any request concerning personal data, please write to info@boezioai.com.

2. Data processed

Through this website the following may be collected: browsing data (IP addresses, access logs and technical data automatically transmitted by the browser, necessary for the operation of the site) and data provided voluntarily (name, email, organisation and message content submitted through the contact form or by email).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Responding to contact requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Operation and security of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Informational or promotional communications — only with express consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.

4. Retention

Data collected through the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, in the event of a subsequent professional relationship, for its duration and for the terms provided by law. Browsing data are kept for the period strictly necessary for security purposes.

5. Recipients

Data are not disseminated. They may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email) appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, and with competent authorities where required by law. Data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area, except to countries or providers ensuring an adequate level of protection under Arts. 44 ff. GDPR.

6. Data subject rights

Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR, data subjects may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@boezioai.com. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Nature of provision

Providing data through the contact form is optional, but failure to provide the mandatory fields makes it impossible to respond to the request.
